Question : Do you phones come with a plan or are they unlocked and Free to use with any service provider?
Answer: All mobile cell phones sold at www.shopcellz are unlocked and not tied or committed to any service providers. You are free to use these phone with any service provider you wish. Just add your Sim card and your ready to go.

Question: what are the delivery times?
Answer : We normally pick, pack and ship all orders within 1-2 business days from the time we receive your payment. Delivery time estimation:
*USA, Mexico & Canada 3 - 4 days *UK & Europe 2 - 4 days *Asia 1 - 2 days *Australia / New Zealand 2 - 4 days *South America 4 - 7 days *Others 7 - 11 days. Nevertheless you should allow up to 7-10 working days to be safe.

Is your website Safe to use my Credit Card on?

Answer:
At present we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, but you may also use Paypal as we also have a verified Paypal account within our checkout which accepts Amex, Discovery act.

Question: Do i get a warranty ?
Answer: Products on this website carry a seven days limited warranty by Shop cellz . One Year International Manufacturer warranty come with most phones purchased.(please check this with your local manufacturer's service centre). The limited warranty covers the following faults described below.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) implies that the product either cannot be turned on after taking out of the box. Buyer must report this situation to the us within 24 hours upon the item is received. If the item is not tested or examined by the buyer within the first 24 hours after the good is received, DOA returned policy would not be granted to the buyer. Shop cellz will repair or replace the product for the buyer free of charge. A repair order may take up to 14 business days starting from the day when we received the defective unit. Shop cellz has the right to make the final decision on whether a replacement or a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation.

Each product is undertaking by seven-day limited warranty repair coverage. Intermittent issues on the product will not be covered under our limited warranty policy. Neither network dependent features nor firmware related issues will be covered by our limited warranty repair coverage, regardless if the problem is permanent or not. Please refer to our product compatibility section regarding on the description of network dependent features. The Seller has the right to determine whether the issue pointed out by the buyer is a network dependent feature or not. Shop cellz has the right to make the final decision on whether a repair or replacement process should be issued under any circumstances or situation.

Under any circumstances, Shop cellz reserves the final right to approve any DOA replacement or a warranty coverage repair/ replace. The repair process by shopcellz might take up to 14 business days upon item being received from the buyer.

Question: Do you Support Returns?
Answer: All return product is subject to the approval by Shop cellz . Returned items without an approval form the Shop cellz will not be processed. Any shipping and handling expenses result on those returns without approval will be responsible by the buyer. Upon receiving the potential defective item from the buyer, the seller will examine and test for the defective claim that was made by the buyer. In the event of returning the product, buyer is fully responsible for the product's safe return to us. Item must be received within 7 days. The return merchandize should include the confirmation email that was issued by Shop cellz

All accessories and manual must also be included inside the package as it was originally received by the buyer. Any missing parts, damaged items or inappropriate information will not be accepted. Shop cellz will have the right to dispose of any unidentified return aged over 14 days without notifying the buyer. No replacement will be issued on those unidentified return once it has been disposed. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Answer: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We may use the e-mail addresses submitted to us to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the Shop Cellz web site, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable.
We will give you the right to refuse any marketing e-mail from us in the future. We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the Shop Cellz web site.

Question: I don't see the phone i want in store. Can you Source it?
Answer:
We usually carry a wide selection of the latest Mobile cell phones available. Sometime we may have a phone in stock but not added to our online store catalogue. So if by any chance you don't find what you want pop us an email and we will find it for you.
